Paquiao vs. Hatton via Satellite match fail

After watching a live telecast fight of the recently held Paquiao vs. Hatton boxing match, I wondered why anyone with an online connection would want to watch a much delayed and over commercialized "via satellite" version of it on local channels.

• Was it to watch the same commercials over and over?
• Was it to see how the local channels and advertisers present their products and service while the match was on?
• Was it because I wanted to have a laugh of a time at how the local old mainstream media tried to stick to their "tried and tested" formula of the 1960's and not adopt to the present technology?

Hmmm...I'm still wondering.
